“Wicked Appetite” by Janet Evanovich

Evanovich, Janet.  Wicked Appetite.  (F Eva)
Life in Marblehead has had a pleasant predictability, until Diesel arrives. Rumor has it that a collection of priceless ancient relics representing the Seven Deadly Sins have made their way to Bostons North Shore. Partnered with pastry chef Lizzie Tucker, Diesel bullies and charms his way through historic Salem to track them down.

Reader 1:

1  Poor.  Janet–don’t try to be a Harry Potter takeoff!!!  Stick to your Trenton mysteries.  I have read and enjoyed all of your previous books.

Reader 2:

1  The worst Evanovich book–I did not get through it.

Reader 3:

4  Not quite as funny as Stephanie Plum but typical Evanovich style.  Easy and entertaining.

Reader 4:

2  Silly and disappointing.

Reader 5:

3  I enjoy “silly.”
